Why do children's nails peel off?

Why do children's nails peel off?

The development of children affects and is related to the reactions of all organs in the body. Whether the child's physical development is normal or abnormal can be observed from many aspects. If the child's body is abnormal, it can be observed from the nails. The child's nails may be layered or even fall off. This symptom makes many parents worry that there is something wrong with their children's bodies. So what is the matter with the layering and falling of children's nails?

Changes in your nails may indicate problems elsewhere in the body and are often a precursor to other illnesses.

1. Blackening of the nails and broken spots under the nails indicate infection-induced myocarditis (severe heart infection), other heart diseases, or bleeding disorders.

2. Brittle nails may indicate iron deficiency, thyroid problems, impaired kidney function, or blood circulation problems.

3. Brittle, soft and easily worn nails indicate a lack of nutrition and may indicate hyperthyroidism. 4. Black nails and/or thin, flat, spoon-shaped nails are signs of vitamin B12 deficiency or anemia. (If your hands come into contact with detergents or allergens, your nails may also turn black or gray.)

5. Dark blue nails indicate lung obstruction, such as asthma or emphysema.

6. Inward-deepening nail tips indicate abnormalities in the heart, liver, or respiratory system.

7. In addition to local fungal infections, green nails can also indicate bacterial infections in the body.

8. Half-white nails with black spots on the fingertips may indicate kidney disease.

9. Isolated green streaks appearing on the nail bed, especially on fair skin, is a sign of skin cancer.

10. Beaded nails (uneven surface) are a sign of rheumatoid arthritis.

11. Nails that extend to the fingertips and curve downward are a sign of lung damage, such as emphysema or asbestosis.

12. Easy to break, crack, or peel off indicates malnutrition and lack of hydrochloric acid and protein. Minerals are also extremely deficient at this time.

13. If the base of the nail is raised and the white part is very small, it means there is a respiratory disease, such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis. This symptom may be hereditary.

14. Separation of the nail from the nail bed suggests thyroid disease or localized infection.

15. A brass instrument that looks like a flattened nail indicates a tendency to lose some or all of the hair.

16. Reddish-brown acne scars and worn and split fingertips indicate psoriasis; you need to supplement with VC, folic acid and protein.

17. Redness of the skin around the nail beds may indicate essential fatty acid malabsorption or a connective tissue disease, such as lupus.

If a child's nails become layered or even fall off, it may be closely related to these factors. Check whether the child is lacking vitamins and nutrients in the body. If so, you must help the child improve in this regard in time. Remember to supplement the child's nutrition reasonably, give the child vitamins, let the child exercise more, and strengthen the child's physique.
