We always give special care to the growth of children, and every step they take is under the careful care of their parents. Parents also give special care to their health. If a child has any illness, parents are always the first to step forward. Children nowadays have weak constitutions, and many of them get sick from birth. The most common disease among children is sinusitis. So what is the best way to treat sinusitis in children? Is there any method?

1. Massage

1. Let the baby sit or lie on his back, and the parents press the Yingxiang points on both sides of the nostrils with the tips of both thumbs at the same time, first press and then rub for 1 to 3 minutes, until a local soreness and swelling is felt.

2. Use the tips of your index fingers to repeatedly rub both sides of your nose until you feel a burning sensation locally.

3. Press and pluck the Hegu points on both sides with your fingers for 1 minute each.

4. The baby should sit, and the parent should support his forehead with one hand, and use the thumb and middle finger of the other hand to press and rub the Fengchi points on both sides for 1 to 3 minutes until local soreness and swelling occur.

2. Blow your nose correctly

First, choose a soft, non-irritating handkerchief or tissue. When teaching your baby to blow his nose, you should adopt the following correct posture:

Place a tissue on the baby's nose, first press one nostril with one finger to block the nasal cavity on that side, let the baby close his mouth and blow the nose forcefully, then use the thumb and index finger to align from both sides of the bottom of the nostril to the middle and wipe the nose clean, alternating between the two sides.

When you have a cold, rinse your nasal cavity with warm salt water more often. Rinse it every time you have a little nasal discharge. Keeping your nasal cavity free of excess nasal discharge and your nose unobstructed can fundamentally solve the virus problem. This method can cure a cold within 2 to 4 days without taking any medicine. Washing your nose in the morning and evening or after continuous sneezing can prevent colds to a great extent and greatly reduce the chance of catching a cold. Since washing the nose directly discharges a large amount of mucus containing pathogens into the sewer, it can greatly reduce the number of viruses discharged into the air by people with colds, and can also greatly reduce the chance of catching a cold for people who come into contact with people with colds.

If parents want to completely cure their children's illness, it is not enough to just let them take medicine or get injections. Because children's physical constitution is not as good as before, most children have weaker physical constitution, and long-term medication can easily cause them to suffer from other diseases. Not only that, the more medication they take, the worse the child's physical constitution will be. Then I don’t have a way to cure my child’s sinusitis without taking medicine. What is the best way to treat sinusitis in children? We can make changes to their meals. But it is appropriate to give your child some vegetables and fruits.
