Sometimes children's tastes change. They may like a certain food for a period of time, but dislike it at another period of time. If a child has a mild food preference, it will not have much impact on the body.

Control the amount of snacks and treats given

Many children prefer to eat snacks, but often cannot eat when it is time for dinner. Generally speaking, desserts are to make up for the deficiencies of regular meals, while snacks are products to satisfy children's oral desires. Therefore, try to avoid letting children eat too much at non-meal times. Regardless of desserts or snacks, you should carefully choose nutritious but not high-calorie foods, such as milk products; biscuits should be mainly salty and non-fried; drinks should be provided with fruit juices that do not affect appetite.

Excessive Discipline

Parents should not always give in to their children. Even if they dare not or are unwilling to eat something, they should let them try to get to know the taste of the food, even with just a small bite. Set a meal time and put away the food immediately when the time comes, so that your child can experience the feeling of being hungry due to picky eating. I don't want to eat, I just don't want to eat! Then you might as well allow the child to skip a meal, or drink some boiled water, and try again when he is hungry, or start the next meal earlier. Never develop bad habits because of your soft-heartedness and unwillingness.

If a child has a serious food problem, parents should pay attention. First of all, you should go to the hospital to check whether the anorexia is caused by a lack of trace elements. At the same time, parents should set an example and not be picky or biased in eating. The eating habits of many children have a lot to do with their parents. Don't scold the children while eating, and provide them with a good eating atmosphere.
