What to do if your child has chronic sinusitis

Diet therapy

1. Stewed loofah vines with lean pork can clear away heat and reduce inflammation, detoxify and open up the orifices. It is mainly used to treat acute attacks of chronic rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, purulent nasal discharge, and heavy brain headache. Take 3 to 5 grams of loofah vines near the root, wash them, cut 60 grams of lean pork into pieces, put them in a pot and cook into soup. When cooked, add a little salt to season. Drink the soup and eat the meat. Five times is a course of treatment. Use it for 1 to 3 courses in a row to heal yourself.

2. Boil eggs with magnolia: It can open the orifices, stop purulent nasal discharge, relieve headaches, nourish and support. It is mainly used to treat chronic sinusitis and purulent nasal discharge. Use 15 grams of magnolia flower, put it into a casserole, add 2 bowls of water, and boil 1 bowl of water; boil 2 eggs, peel them, and prick several small holes in them. Put the casserole back on the fire, pour in the juice and boil it, put in the eggs and cook for a while, drink the soup and eat the eggs.

3. Cypress Leaf Pig Nose Soup; it can reduce inflammation, open up the orifices, nourish yin and strengthen the body, and is mainly used to treat runny nose and smelly mucus. Take 66 grams of pig nose meat, scrape and wash it clean, put 30 grams of raw cypress leaves, 6 grams of Dendrobium nobile, and 10 grams of Bupleurum in a casserole, add 4 bowls of water and boil it into 1 bowl, filter out the residue, pour in 60 grams of honey and 30 grams of 30-degree rice wine, mix well and drink it.

When children develop chronic sinusitis, it is more appropriate to choose dietary therapy. Parents can start from this aspect. If the situation is too serious, they should pay attention to going to the hospital for treatment in time. The disease cannot be delayed, which will worsen the situation and the gain will outweigh the loss. Children's health requires the care of their parents, and parents should pay attention to their children's health on a daily basis.
