How to make baby chicken liver

How to make baby chicken liver

Chicken liver is very nutritious and contains a high amount of vitamin A, even higher than that of pork liver. Creatinine also contains various minerals such as iron, zinc, selenium, etc., and its taste is more delicate than pork liver, so it is very good for babies to eat. However, chicken liver has a bit of fishy smell, so it is best to marinate it with cooking wine first.

1- Chop the chicken liver and some lean pork into small pieces

2- Put it in a small bowl, add a little salt, oil, sugar (to remove the fishy smell, do not use cooking wine for babies), and stir evenly.

3- Cook porridge:

a) Cook rice porridge over low heat until it is soft, do not turn off the heat

b) Add the chicken liver paste to the porridge and stir to break up the chicken liver paste.

c) Boil for another two or three minutes and then turn off the heat

4- Make vegetable chicken liver puree:

a) Chop the leaves

b) Put some water in the pot and bring to a boil.

c) Add 1 or 2 drops of oil

d) Add the chicken liver puree and stir to break up the chicken liver puree

e) After boiling, add the vegetable puree and stir evenly

f) If it is bland, add a little salt (but I would rather have it bland than salty), boil for two or three minutes and remove from heat.

The above is how to cook baby chicken liver. It is not difficult to make. For babies, eating chicken liver is also good for their eyes. Fresh chicken liver is sold in supermarkets. Chicken liver has many benefits, so you might as well give it to your children more often. Babies will definitely love the chicken liver made according to the above method.
