(8) Eight-flavor porridge: 300 grams of glutinous rice, 50 grams of coix seeds, 30 grams of red beans, 20 large red dates, 20 grams of lotus seeds, 20 grams of water chestnut rice, 30 grams of raw yam, and 30 grams of white lentils. First, boil coix seeds, red beans, Euryale ferox rice, and white lentils until they are soft. Then add glutinous rice, jujubes, and lotus seeds and cook until porridge is ready. Eat it every morning and evening.
