How to kill tooth worms?

Some children often feel toothache, and then ask their mothers why their teeth hurt. Their mothers tell them that it is because there are worms in their teeth. Over time, everyone says that there are tooth worms in their teeth, but in fact this statement should be wrong, because there are no such worms in the teeth. There are many reasons for toothache, and they are generally caused by tooth decay.

Normally there are no worms in teeth. When we talk about cavities, we are simply teeth that have been corroded by food debris. Of course, when you go to the dentist, you have to grind off the blackened parts to prevent the teeth from further deteriorating in the future. Finally, use some material to plug the worn-out part. Whether it hurts when grinding your teeth usually depends on the position. The closer to the tooth root, the more painful it will be. But as long as it doesn't touch the nerve, it won't hurt much, so don't be too nervous.

The currently recognized theory of the etiology of dental caries is the four-factor theory, which mainly includes bacteria, oral environment, host and time. The basic point is that cariogenic food sugars (especially sucrose and refined carbohydrates) are tightly attached to the tooth surface, forming an acquired film by salivary proteins. This acquired film is not only firmly attached to the tooth surface, but also has enough time and temperature to produce acid deep in the plaque, attacking the teeth, demineralizing them, and further destroying organic matter, resulting in caries.

The purpose of caries treatment is to stop the disease process and restore the inherent morphology and function of the teeth. Drug treatment is a method of using drugs to inhibit the development of caries on the basis of grinding away caries. It is suitable for shallow caries in permanent teeth that have not yet formed cavities, and shallow and medium caries cavities in deciduous front teeth. Commonly used drugs include silver nitrate and sodium fluoride.

Children with tooth decay must pay attention to their oral hygiene. Don't always eat at night. Be sure to brush your teeth after eating at night. Especially don't eat candy at night. Don't eat too much sweet food at other times. It is necessary to go to the oral clinic for regular check-ups. If necessary, you need to have teeth extracted or implanted.
