What to do if mixed feeding does not want to eat milk powder

When babies reach a certain stage of development, breast milk can no longer meet the various substances their bodies need. They need some calcium, iron, zinc, selenium and other vitamins, which requires timely supplementation of their bodies through milk powder. However, some babies do not eat milk powder while mixed feeding. Let us understand what should we do if they do not eat milk powder during mixed feeding?

Three-month-old babies all have this situation, the milk aversion period, the reason is overfeeding in the early stage. My baby is also in this period and the situation is similar to your baby. Now we feed him milk two to three times a day. We always wait until he falls asleep but not deep. He drinks, but adults have to pay special attention when feeding him, so as not to choke him.

1. At around four months old, you can let your baby eat some egg yolks because egg yolks are rich in vitamin A, vitamin D and iron. Start with 1/4, gradually increase to 1/2, and then increase to one. You can also feed your baby steamed fish or fish paste.

2. At five to six months old, in addition to supplementing with iron-rich foods to prevent iron-deficiency anemia, more food needs to be added as the child gains weight. Therefore, the baby can be fed porridge, mushy noodles, egg yolks or various vegetable purees, tofu, etc. Eat 1 tablespoon of porridge or noodles twice a day; 1 egg yolk per serving; eat vegetable puree, spinach, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, etc. 1-2 times a day, 1 tablespoon each time, and gradually increase to 2 times a day, several tablespoons each time; eat 1/4 block of tofu every day. If the baby has diarrhea, the time for adding complementary food should be postponed, and if it has already been added, it should be stopped.

The above is a solution for babies of different months who do not want to eat milk powder. Because babies are of different months, the nutrients they need for their physical development are also different, and correspondingly some solutions are also different, so mothers must choose some treatment methods according to their own situation.
