High blood pressure = age × 2 + 80 (mmHg), low blood pressure = 1/3 to 1/2 of high blood pressure. Normal: Newborn: high pressure 70-82 low pressure 30-38 1-6 months: high pressure 70-100 low pressure 30-45

June to December: high pressure 90-105, low pressure 35-45

1-2 years old: high blood pressure 85-105 low blood pressure 40-50

2-7 years old: high pressure 85-105 low pressure 55-65 7-12 years old: high pressure 90-110 low pressure 60-75

①Carbohydrate foods:

Suitable foods: rice, porridge, noodles, pasta, arrowroot starch, soup, taro, soft beans
