How to soothe a fussy baby

Babies who are fussy when sleeping are relatively abnormal. They should be paid special attention to, otherwise the baby will have more and more diseases. Therefore, once the baby is fussy when sleeping, it is necessary to coax him. There are many precautions after the baby is fussy when sleeping, such as not losing temper with them, etc. There are many ways to coax a fussy baby, so how to coax a fussy baby?

A child who “makes a fuss while asleep” refers to a one-year-old child who always cries and makes a fuss before going to bed. Once an adult picks him up, pats him, and rocks him, he will quickly fall asleep. Even some older children need adults to pat them or feed them a nipple before they can fall asleep. Children’s “trouble sleeping” often makes some parents upset and even lose their temper with their children. Little do people know that children’s bad habit of fussing during sleep is often cultivated by adults.

Physiological crying. A child's diaper is wet or too tight, the child is hungry, thirsty, the indoor temperature is not appropriate, the bedding is too thick, etc., which can make the child feel uncomfortable and cry. In this case, as long as parents eliminate the adverse stimulation in time, the child will soon fall asleep quietly. In addition, some children will cry incessantly when they go to bed at night. If parents can patiently coax them to sleep, the children will fall asleep peacefully soon.

Not adapting to the environment. Some children cannot adapt to the natural environment and confuse day and night. He sleeps when his parents work during the day, and "works" when his parents rest at night. If you pick up the child and play with him, the crying will stop. For this type of child, some sedatives can be used to adjust the rest and sleep time, and if necessary, a child health doctor should be asked for some guidance.

Not enough exercise during the day. Some children do not get enough exercise during the day and refuse to fall asleep at night and cry incessantly. These children should increase their activity level during the day so that they will be tired and fall asleep peacefully at night.

Improper nap schedule. Some children cannot get up in the morning and take a nap at 2-3 in the afternoon, or they take a nap too early and fall asleep early at night. When they wake up in the middle of the night, they cry if no one is there to play with them. These children can be woken up earlier in the morning and their nap time can be adjusted appropriately so that they feel sleepy at night and can sleep soundly until dawn.

Impact of disease. Certain diseases can also affect children's sleep at night. Therefore, we must start with the primary disease and actively prevent and treat it.
