We all know that people's coordination ability is generally innate. Few people's coordination ability is developed through training. In fact, acquired training can also promote people's coordination ability. An important point of coordination ability is balance. If the balance is well mastered, it will be of great help in regulating the body. Then some children have poor coordination ability. How should we train them? 1. Too little physical exercise Some children are arranged to attend various tutoring classes and special interest classes, and all their time is devoted to studying. They have no time to go out for sports, let alone do specific physical exercises. This situation must be changed, otherwise it will easily lead to children having poor coordination skills. 2. Less crawling from a young age Children have little crawling practice since childhood, and their parents are eager to let them practice walking before they have crawled well, which leads to insufficient development of the cerebellum. When the children grow up, the coordination of their body movements will be affected. Parents should get rid of the misconception that the earlier they leave, the smarter they will be. 3. Parents don’t pay enough attention Generally speaking, parents are more concerned about the growth and development of children's intelligence, such as how many Chinese characters and pinyin they know, and how many math problems they can solve, and believe that this is the key to future success. However, lack of motor skills will also affect children's intellectual development and personality development to a certain extent. 4. Parents are overprotective Some children are raised by their grandparents. The elderly are particularly fond of and love the children, and are afraid that the children will get hurt. Therefore, no matter what the children do, if it is a little dangerous, they will stop them and not let them do it. As a result, the children become very delicate, and their body coordination is not exercised. How to train children's coordination ability 1. Running brake The purpose is to allow the baby to control his body balance while running. Parents stand opposite their children and let them run towards them, but children are prone to falling and it is not easy to maintain stability, so this requires cooperation from parents. When the child runs to the front, they should quickly hug him. After a long period of training, the baby will learn to "brake" if the parents gently use their hands to stop. 2. Going to the next level The purpose is to cultivate the baby's ability to coordinate hands and feet. Place your baby's favorite toys out of easy reach and encourage him to find a way. If your baby is willing to do something challenging, he will do everything he can to get the toy. First, he would walk up to the stool, use it to climb onto the table, and then reach the toy. This method is suitable for training the baby's physical coordination ability, but adults must pay attention to the baby's safety. 3. Walking on a balance beam The purpose is to cultivate children's body balance when climbing. Place a 20cm wide and 150cm long wooden board at a distance of 15cm and ask the child to climb onto the board from one side to the other. Adults take care of them and let their children learn in various ways. For example, go forward, go backward. And you can do all kinds of actions, such as holding a doll with your hands, raising your arms, raising your hands and stretching your arms, or even putting a book or a toy that makes sounds on your head. |
