Children's fever-reducing folk remedies should be used reasonably

It is very common for children to have a fever, but some parents do not know how to deal with it and just blindly give their children medicine. In fact, medicines can also cause harm to children's bodies. Some natural fever-reducing remedies can be very effective in treating children's fever, such as hot towel compress, steam inhalation, etc.

1. Hot towel hot compress method:

When you first catch a cold and have a runny nose, you can put a clean towel in a basin of boiling water, take it out and apply it to your head after it cools down a little. It is usually best to apply hot compress for 10 minutes before going to bed.

2. Steam inhalation method:

Fill a thermos with boiling water, place your nostrils over the thermos, take deep breaths for 10-15 minutes, inhaling the steam, once a day.

3. Vinegar fumigation method:

Take 200-400 ml of vinegar, place it on the stove, close the doors and windows, and fumigate for half an hour to an hour, which can effectively prevent and treat colds.

4. Drink ginger tea therapy:

Take appropriate amounts of ginger and tea leaves, and make tea or soup. Taking it for 3 consecutive days can relieve cold symptoms and shorten the course of the disease. The effect will be better if brown sugar is added.

5. Hot air blowing method:

Aim a hair dryer at the temples on both sides, blowing alternately for 3-5 minutes, 3 times a day, which can quickly relieve symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, and headache.
