What to do if your child has a bad stomach?

Children's poor gastrointestinal condition is a situation we often encounter. This situation occurs to a certain extent because the children's gastrointestinal tract has not been fully developed and cannot absorb food well. In addition, many new parents do not know how to take care of their children carefully, which causes children to have poor gastrointestinal condition. Poor gastrointestinal condition makes children very uncomfortable. So what should we do if children have poor gastrointestinal condition?

1. Eat peanuts raw. Giving your baby a few raw peanuts on an empty stomach every morning when you wake up or before going to bed at night can have a good effect on nourishing the stomach. Be especially careful when your baby eats peanuts. Cut the peanuts into two pieces and don't make him cry or laugh while eating.

2. Try to eat until you are 70% full and avoid overeating. Babies should eat in moderation and not be allowed to eat endlessly to prevent them from overeating and damaging their stomachs. Just eat until your baby is 70% full. If your baby is hungry, you can add some biscuits, milk powder, etc.

3. Do not eat raw or cold food or drink water. The food prepared for the baby should be hot but not too hot. This is especially true in winter when food and porridge cool down very quickly. The food should be fed to the baby while it is hot, otherwise it may damage the baby's delicate stomach if it gets cold. The water you give your baby should be as hot as possible.

4. Give your baby some easily digestible food. For example, it is better to eat leavened dough steamed bread, and avoid eating unleavened dough foods that are difficult to digest, such as fried cakes.

5. Avoid catching a cold in the abdomen when sleeping at night. Cover your baby with a blanket when he sleeps to prevent him from catching a cold and damaging his stomach.

What should we do if our children have a bad stomach? I believe that everyone already knows what to do through the above introduction. I hope that our introduction can help new parents take better care of their children. In fact, when facing such a bad gastrointestinal condition, treatment cannot be achieved overnight and requires long-term nourishment, so give your baby more stomach-nourishing foods.
