3. Antibacterial treatment: If there is a bacterial infection and the patient has obvious chills and fever, one of the following drugs can be used for treatment. Take 1-2 tablets of co-trimoxazole twice a day; take 0.2-0.3 g of acetylspiramycin 3-4 times a day; if necessary, take 800,000 units of penicillin, intramuscularly twice a day.

4. Antipyretic analgesics: They can be used by patients with fever, muscle aches and headaches. Acetaminophen (paracetamol) is the most commonly used. Concurrent use with the anti-HIV drug zivdotin should be avoided. Repeated use of aspirin will increase viral excretion, but the effect on improving symptoms is minimal and is not recommended.

5. Suppressants: In order to protect the cough reflex, it is generally not recommended to use them, but they can be used as appropriate when severe coughing affects rest. Dextromethorphan is the most commonly used.
