The reason why children have red bumps on their body when they have a fever

Every parent is extremely concerned about their child's physical health and always pays attention to the physical changes in their children. Once we discover that our child has a special physical condition, we parents will try our best to cure it as soon as possible. Many children often have red bumps on their bodies. What is the reason for the appearance of these small red bumps? This must be made clear.

Causes of red bumps on children's bodies

1. Chickenpox. Chickenpox is an epidemic infectious disease in spring. Most patients are children aged one to fourteen, who are more likely to be infected in schools and nurseries. Pathogen: Varicella-zoster virus Incubation period: 10 to 21 days Symptoms before onset: Mild fever, malaise, poor appetite Process: Small red spots appear on the patient's body, starting from the chest and abdomen, and then spreading to the whole body. The small red spots grow larger and become blisters filled with fluid. After a day or two, the blisters burst and form crusts or bumps. A new red dot appears again at the same position, and the same process repeats. New red spots appear two to four times during two to six days. After ten to fourteen days, the red spots will fall off and the condition will be completely healed without leaving any scars.

2. Eczema. The causes of baby eczema are complex, among which allergies are the most important, so babies with a family history of allergies are prone to eczema. There are also inherent factors that make babies more prone to eczema. This is because babies' skin stratum corneum is relatively thin, their capillary network is rich, and their endothelium contains more water and chloride, making them more sensitive to various stimuli, so it is also called infant eczema. Childhood eczema itself is not caused by humidity, but humidity can make eczema worse. The rash may become more noticeable after your child has bathed or sweated.

3. Urticaria. Urticaria is a common allergic skin disease in children, commonly known as "rubella". When the disease occurs, many rashes of different shapes and sizes, red, raised, and white in the middle appear on the baby's skin, and the affected area will become extremely itchy. The rash will disappear automatically within 24 hours after it appears. Due to the severe itching, babies often scratch excessively, causing damage to the skin epidermis and causing secondary skin infections.

When small red pimples appear on children's bodies, our parents must pay attention to it as soon as possible, because it may be chickenpox or eczema. But no matter which disease it is, our children will be troubled by the disease and their bodies will endure the damage caused by the disease. So when red pimples appear on children's bodies, our parents must take their children for treatment as soon as possible.
