Why does my baby's nose itch?

Why does my baby's nose itch?

Some babies have problems with their noses, so they need to pay attention to observation and check for diseases to avoid the itchy nose causing the baby to suffer from diseases and thus affect the baby's physical health. In particular, some babies have itchy noses and need to pay attention to timely inspection to avoid diseases. So what is the matter with the baby's itchy nose? Let me introduce it to you below.

Itchy nose and itchy eyes are both common symptoms, but they can be judged based on the degree of itching. Generally speaking, occasional eye discomfort or acne in the nose can also cause itching, but it is usually not very obvious. However, if the itchiness is so severe that you can’t help rubbing it, be careful as it may be a symptom of rhinitis. There is a more obvious type of rhinitis that can cause itchy nose and eyes, accompanied by symptoms such as sneezing and runny nose. Be careful that it is allergic rhinitis. Why does allergic rhinitis cause itchy nose and eyes? What are the symptoms of allergic rhinitis?

Allergic rhinitis causing itchy eyes is a manifestation of allergic rhinitis combined with allergic conjunctivitis. During an acute attack of allergic conjunctivitis, the eyes will become extremely itchy or have a burning sensation, tears will flow, and redness and swelling will appear. Some eye secretions are watery, while others are mucous. The symptoms are different from other infectious conjunctivitis in that they have itchy and watery secretions. Common allergens include dust, pollen, dead grass, grass or weeds, and even medications or food such as seafood can trigger allergies. In addition, due to the stimulation of the nasal mucosa by allergens, patients may feel itchy nose. This can cause allergic rhinitis, itchy nose and itchy eyes. Both of these are symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

Symptoms of allergic rhinitis:

Symptom 1: Itchy nose: The main symptom of a cold is prolonged nasal congestion; when you suffer from allergic rhinitis, your nasal cavity will be very itchy, and you can't help but rub your nose with your hands. Patients with severe nasal itching may also experience itching in the eyes, ears, throat and other parts of the body, and decreased sense of smell.

Symptom 2: Sneezing: People with a cold will sneeze, but the frequency is not often; one of the symptoms of allergic rhinitis is continuous sneezing, and some people may even sneeze dozens of times a day.

Symptom three: clear runny nose: Judging from the symptoms associated with a cold, clear runny nose usually occurs in the early stages of a cold, and the amount is not large; allergic rhinitis is just the opposite, with a large amount of runny nose accompanied by sneezing.

The above is my opinion on this issue that I would like to introduce to you. If the baby has the above problems, then the baby needs to pay attention to taking appropriate methods for treatment in time, so as to ensure the health of the baby's body and avoid danger to the baby's body due to the above problems. Pay attention to timely treatment.
