1. What to do if your baby is anemic

If your baby is anemic, parents should pay attention to providing the baby with a reasonable diet and balanced nutrition, especially iron supplementation. For infants and young children under one year old who are still breastfeeding, parents must be good at guiding them. When they are four to six months old, they can eat iron-rich complementary foods such as pork liver puree, meat puree, vegetable puree, egg yolk, starch, etc., so that the child's taste buds can slowly adapt.

If the baby has severe anemia, iron supplements are needed. Iron supplements can increase nutrition and raise hemoglobin, and the anemia will improve after a few weeks.

2. What should babies with anemia eat more?

1. Pork liver and lean meat porridge

3. Spinach and Pork Liver Soup

5. Chicken liver sesame porridge
