How to control baby's sleeping time

A baby is a very cute little life. For a baby, sleeping and eating are the only way of life. Therefore, we will find that the baby is always sleeping except for eating. In fact, the baby's sleep is a way to promote growth and development. But how to control the baby's sleep time? Sleeping too long will affect the baby's development. So how to control the baby's sleep time is what parents need to know.

Every baby needs different amounts of sleep at different ages and in different environments. Some babies sleep for long periods of time at a time, while others like to take naps from time to time; some babies have very regular sleep patterns, while others have no pattern at all.

Newborn babies have no concept of day and night. He needs to sleep and feed 24 hours a day in order to develop and grow normally; therefore, day and night have no special meaning to him. In general, a newborn sleeps about 16 to 18 hours out of every 24 hours; he will usually sleep for 2 to 4 hours at a time and then wake up hungry. At first, he will feed at all times of the day and night, but he will gradually sleep a little longer at night than during the day.

Remember, if you're breastfeeding, your hormones are readjusting your sleep patterns to suit your baby's routine. If this change is followed, these hormones will prevent people from having problems with sleep deprivation. Children should also take naps during the day when they are asleep. Formula-fed babies tend to sleep slightly longer because the formula stays in their little stomachs a little longer. In general, though, formula-fed and breastfed babies have similar sleep patterns.

It is very difficult for parents to control the baby's sleeping time, because the baby is actually growing and developing while sleeping. However, since the baby grows relatively quickly, the sleep time required by the baby at each stage is different. This requires parents to carefully record and summarize their experience.
