Baby scalp eczema treatment

Baby scalp eczema treatment

Many parents will find a layer of eczema on their children's scalp when summer comes. Because it is extremely itchy, the children will constantly scratch and cause systemic infection. So if the baby has eczema on the scalp, how can we prevent and treat the baby? The following article will introduce it to you.

First of all, the child should drink more boiled milk (you can put less sugar in the milk and boil the milk for a while longer to denature the protein). In addition, you can appropriately increase the amount of complementary foods such as milk cakes and soy powder and reduce the amount of milk, and the child's eczema will be alleviated.

Secondly, children with eczema should not be washed with hot water or soap, and should avoid sun exposure. Their clothes and quilts should not be too thick, and their sweaters should not come into contact with their skin, as this will irritate the skin and aggravate the kidneys.

Finally, you can use some Chinese medicine for external washing: 10 grams each of honeysuckle, Qinpi, Dictamni, Imperata root, and Sophora flavescens, decoct in water for 1 hour, let cool, and wipe with a soft cloth. Then use pine pollen and pearl powder to dry it.

Things to note for baby eczema: 1. Infants and young children should be breastfed. 2. Babies should wear soft cotton clothes and wear gloves when sleeping at night if necessary to prevent scratching. 3. It is forbidden to take conventional anti-allergic drugs to avoid affecting the growth and development of the baby. 4. Do not use external medications because baby's skin is very tender and prone to dead skin and scars. 5. For infant eczema, keep the baby's skin dry, avoid washing the eczema area with soap, and give the baby more water. It is best to eat light food.

When babies have scalp eczema, we must take timely precautions for them, tell them not to scratch excessively, and use sterilization products to clean and expose used items to the sun to prevent the eczema from spreading to other parts of the body.
