When your baby has diarrhea, you must prevent buttock ulcers

As babies suffer from diarrhea more often, their buttocks can easily get dirty, causing ulcers and inflammation, so the buttocks must be kept clean. If the baby is in a good mood, you can give him a sitting bath; if he is not in a good mood, you can wipe his buttocks with a wrung wet towel; if he can stand, you can also take a shower.

Pour warm water into a slightly larger basin and wash your baby's buttocks. You can use clean water, but you don't have to use shower gel. After washing, wipe the butt and put on a diaper.

If you wash your baby's top, roll up the hem of the top and secure it with clips.

Method 2: Wipe with a wet towel

If your baby is not energetic enough for a bath, you can use a wrung-out wet towel to wipe his bottom. After wiping, wait until the bottom is dry before putting on a diaper.

Compared with commercially available wet wipes, wiping with a well-wrung damp towel is less likely to cause rashes.

Method 3: Sleeping under an old bath towel or bed sheet

Especially when sleeping, if feces leak out of the diaper, it will stain the bedding.
