(1) Clinical manifestations of eczema can be divided into three stages: acute, subacute and chronic according to the severity of the onset.

① Acute eczema has an acute attack, which is initially limited to a certain part, quickly develops into symmetry, and can spread to the whole body in severe cases. The lesions are polymorphic, consisting of erythema, papules and blisters, which often merge into patches with unclear boundaries. Due to scratching, changes such as erosion, exudation, suppuration, and scab may be seen, but the exudation is obvious. The patient will feel itchy, especially at night. The course of the disease is usually 1-2 weeks. It is easy to relapse and tends to be chronic.

② After the acute attack of subacute eczema, the redness, swelling and exudation are reduced, and there are a small number of small papules and papulovesicles, accompanied by erosion, crusting and scaling. The course of the disease can last for several weeks.

③Chronic eczema develops from acute eczema, or may start as chronic eczema. The lesion margins are clear, with obvious infiltration and hypertrophy. It can occur in any part of the body, but is more common in certain parts such as the face, behind the ears, scrotum, and calves, and is often symmetrical.

(2) Treatment: Try to find and eliminate the cause of the disease. Keep your skin clean and avoid excessive washing, soap and various harmful factors.
