How to make quail eggs for babies

Quail eggs are suitable for babies to eat, mainly because they contain more protein and trace elements, which are helpful for the baby's bone development, so mothers can learn about the method of cooking quail eggs. When feeding quail eggs to babies, it is best to break them into pieces after cooking and feed them to the baby a little at a time to avoid swallowing them all at once which may cause the eggs to get stuck in the throat and may also affect the baby's stomach.

Generally speaking, if the baby is a few months old or over one year old, it is recommended to make egg custard for the baby, which is both nutritious and safe. If the child is two or three years old, you can boil him/her directly in water, but you must pay attention to safety when the child eats it. Quail eggs are too small and boiled eggs are slippery, so the child may choke easily if not careful. Of course, if it is egg custard, you can add chopped vegetables, minced meat, or minced fish and steam it together, which is both nutritious and delicious.

Of course, there are many other ways to cook quail eggs, and mothers can make some delicious food for their babies. Here are some quail egg delicacies for your babies.
