Everyone knows that baby's education is more important. Especially for babies aged one or two, they have strong learning ability and high curiosity. So when the baby is one or two years old, you can start early education. The content of early education can include training the baby's walking ability, and can also train the baby's thinking ability and concentration through games.
1. Training Action (I) Big moves 1. Learn to walk with support In order to promote the maturity of your baby's independent walking ability, give him a safe living space. At the beginning, arrange some reliable furniture for him to lean on and practice walking with support. Parents can call the baby from different positions, or tease him with interesting toys, and encourage the baby to walk forward with support. You can also let your baby push a chair to practice walking, or tie a belt around his body to protect him while practicing walking; or take a small stick and let the baby hold one end of the stick while an adult holds the other end and walks slowly. 2. Learn to walk independently It is best to start practicing independent walking when the baby can stand independently, squat and stand up, and maintain body balance. For solo practice, you can practice on the grass, on a matted floor, or on a hard bed. There should be someone to protect both ends, and do not cause adverse stimulation to the baby due to unsafe conditions at the beginning. In a pleasant atmosphere, encourage your baby to actively practice walking alone. 3. Climb stairs Wipe the stairs clean, cover them with carpet, let the baby sit 30 cm away from the stairs, put a toy on the second step of the stairs, and encourage the baby to use his hands and feet to climb up the stairs to get the toy. If your baby gets the toy, praise him. After he becomes proficient, put the toy on a higher level and let him climb up again. You can also let him climb onto the sofa or bed using a stool as a cushion.
(ii) Fine motor skills 1. Build with blocks Give your baby two building blocks and a ping-pong ball. Teach your baby to put one building block on top of another, and then try to put a ping-pong ball on the second building block. The ping-pong ball always falls down and rolls away. At this time, give your baby another small building block and let him continue to build up. This kind of training can exercise the baby's observation and fine muscle movements. 2. Use a small stick to reach the ball Give your baby a stick and a ball and see if he knows how to use the stick to reach the ball. Don't rush to teach him to do it, inspire your baby to do it by himself first. This kind of training can help babies understand the relationship between objects and exercise fine hand movements.
3. Learn to turn pages When the baby is in a good mood, let him sit in the adult's arms, open a picture book for babies, let the baby see a small animal he likes, such as a "puppy", to arouse his interest, close the book in front of him, and say: "The puppy is hiding, let's find the puppy!" At this time, open the book again, and the adult shows surprise and says: "Wow! We found the puppy." Then close the book again, let the baby imitate the adult's action of turning the book, open the book and find the puppy. At the beginning, the baby can only open and close it and may not be able to turn it accurately, but it's enough as long as he is interested. This kind of training is beneficial to the coordinated development of the baby's hands and eyes. |
