4. Foods that Eczema Patients Should Eat More

1. White lentils. Lentils are mild in nature and sweet in taste. They can nourish the spleen and stomach and eliminate dampness and heat. Patients with eczema can eat them regularly to strengthen the spleen, digest food and eliminate dampness and heat.

2. Mung beans. Mung beans are cool in nature, clear away heat, detoxify, can remove rashes, clear away heat, promote diuresis and remove dampness. You can eat more of them, especially in summer.

3. Winter melon. Winter melon is cool in nature and can dispel dampness and wind. Regular consumption is beneficial for patients with acute and chronic eczema.

What to do if you have eczema on your feet?

1. Wash with water containing pepper and mugwort every morning and evening, apply Wuji ointment after drying, and persist for half a month to be cured. Do not soak in cold water after recovery.

2. Virgin coconut oil, fresh aloe vera, pure cocoa butter, etc. can be applied to the affected area after washing, which has a good moisturizing effect.

3. Make sure to keep your feet clean, especially wipe off water stains after soaking your feet.

4. Avoid contact with irritating and allergic chemicals, adverse stimulation from laundry detergents, softeners, etc., and try to wear pure cotton socks.
