How to completely remove body odor in children

There are many causes of body odor, and the incidence rate is also quite wide. Some children may also get this disease. When children get body odor, it is easy to have adverse effects on their psychology. Therefore, parents must pay attention to this aspect. It can be treated through two aspects, mainly non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment. For more serious body odor, surgery can be used for treatment.

Non-surgical treatments mainly include:

1. External application of drugs: The external application of drugs mainly has antiperspirant, antibacterial and fragrance-maintaining functions. Generally, it cannot completely destroy the sweat glands, so it can only relieve symptoms but cannot completely eradicate them.

2. Machine cauterization method: commonly used are laser high-frequency electroacupuncture, underarm odor removal machines, etc. The cautery method can destroy the hair follicles and sweat glands to achieve the treatment purpose, and it is easy to operate, has a quick recovery, no scars, and is highly safe, but the treatment is often not thorough;

3. Local drug injection: The injection method can use the pharmacological properties of the drug to cause fibrosis of subcutaneous tissue, denaturation of protein, atrophy of apocrine glands and occlusion of ducts, thereby inhibiting the secretion of apocrine glands and achieving a therapeutic effect. However, if the injection method is not mastered properly, it may cause deep neurovascular damage or skin necrosis.

The main surgical treatments are:

1. Fusiform tissue excision method: the skin tissue with armpit hair is excised in a fusiform shape, and then the skin is pulled together and sutured. This method can completely cure axillary odor, but the scar left after the operation is obvious, and sometimes the scar shrinkage will affect the mobility of the upper arm;

2. Axillary suction: This method evolved from liposuction. A small incision about 1 cm long is made in the armpit, and then anesthesia is perfused into the axillary suction area. Then, a suction tube is used to perform shallow subcutaneous suction through the small incision. The hair follicles and sweat gland tissue can be destroyed and sucked out. This method is less painful, heals quickly after surgery, leaves small scars, is safe, and has satisfactory results. However, rough movements during suction can cause necrosis of the epidermis.

3. S-shaped thin flap method: Design an S-shaped incision line along the long axis of the armpit to form two elliptical flaps, trim the hair follicles and shallow subcutaneous fat under the flap to form a thin flap, and then reposition and suture. This method has low skin tension, unobvious postoperative scars, and thorough removal of hair follicles and sweat glands, which is not easy to relapse. However, insufficient trimming can easily cause necrosis of flap tissue at the incision edge;

4. Small incision dissection: Make a small longitudinal incision about 3 cm long in the armpit. This method leaves a small scar, but it is easy to form hematoma and the effect is not thorough.
