What to eat for baby eczema

It is reported that babies should eat more foods rich in vitamins and minerals, such as sauerkraut juice, carrot juice, fresh fruit juice, tomato juice, vegetable puree, fruit puree, etc., in order to regulate the baby's physiological functions and reduce skin allergic reactions.

1. 4. Loach soup: Take 30 grams of fresh loach, wash it and boil it in water, then take out the soup, add salt and drink it. It is suitable for babies with more serious symptoms of milk eczema.

5. Decoction of Job's tears and red beans: 30 grams of Job's tears and 15 grams of red beans, add water and cook until the beans are soft, add a little white sugar, take in the morning and evening.

6. Winter melon soup: 250 grams of winter melon with skin, cut into pieces and cook into soup.

7. Cucumber fry: 30 grams of cucumber peel, add water and boil for 3 minutes, add appropriate amount of sugar, take 3 times a day, divided into doses.

8. Mung bean and kelp porridge: 30 grams of mung beans, 50 grams of soaked kelp, appropriate amount of brown sugar, appropriate amount of glutinous rice. Boil mung beans and glutinous rice into porridge, add chopped kelp, cook for another 3 minutes and add brown sugar.
