First, make sure your child's diet is regular and suits her constitution. Make sure each meal is moderate in size and not too large, and make sure the food does not contain too much fat or be too greasy. Don't let your children eat too much chocolate or oranges, both of which can easily cause indigestion.

There are two indicators to determine whether the baby's weight is normal: weight according to age and weight according to height, the latter of which is usually called body shape.

We grouped the height and weight data of the normal population by age, and the weight data of each age group was counted according to the percentile method. Those below the tenth percentile (P10) were considered underweight, and those above the 97th percentile (P97) were considered overweight. When grouped by height, the weight data of each centimeter was counted according to the percentile method. Those below the tenth percentile (P10) were considered thin, and those above the 97th percentile (P97) were considered fat.
