Rectal diseases: anal fistula, hemorrhoids, anal sinusitis, anal papillitis, rectal prolapse, anal incontinence, etc., which increase the secretions from the anus and irritate the skin with moisture, causing itching. 2. Skin disease factors: such as anal eczema, neurodermatitis, ringworm, various warts, sexually transmitted diseases, sweat glanditis, etc., feces adhere to the anal folds, irritate the skin and cause itching. 3. Parasitic diseases: can also easily cause anal itching. 1. Systemic causes 1. Allergic reaction: If you eat irritating foods, such as peppers, mustard, spices, wine or specific protein foods, or take certain medications, such as antibiotics, you may experience anal itching due to allergies. 2. Parasitic diseases: such as exuviae, ascariasis, vaginal trichomoniasis, pubic lice, scabies, etc., can all cause anal itching. 3. Endocrine and metabolic diseases: For example, the sugar content in the skin of diabetic patients increases, which stimulates the nerve endings and causes itching; the itching of the skin in hyperthyroidism may be related to excessive sweating, increased basal metabolic rate, and emotional tension. 4.
