Is hemangioma in children easy to treat?

Children may develop hemangiomas because of deformities during physical development. There are many reasons for deformities in physical development, which may be due to insufficient nutrition intake, or it may be because parents do not take good care of their children and cause their children to often maintain the same posture. While they are growing, they often maintain the same posture, which will affect their bone development. This will cause hemangioma in children. So is hemangioma in children easy to treat?

The causes of cervical hemangioma are as follows :

1. Abnormal development or malformation of vascular tissue : During the embryonic development, the vascular tissue is stimulated and develops abnormally or malformed, especially in the reticular stage of vascular embryonic development. If the enlarged blood vessels cluster together and tend to fuse together, cavernous hemangioma can be seen at birth or shortly after birth.

2. Infection and deformation of vascular tissue : After local necrosis of vascular tissue, the blood vessels dilate to form cavitations, and the surrounding blood vessels become congested and dilated, causing regional blood circulation stagnation, causing the blood vessels to form a spongy expansion.

3. Genetic factors : Studies in recent years have shown that cavernous hemangioma is an autosomal dominant genetic disease with incomplete penetrance.

4. Excessive estradiol levels : During pregnancy, women are exposed to environmental pollution, drug stimulation and adverse factors, which lead to abnormal proliferation and expansion of the vascular network within 3 months of the embryo. For example, if some hormone drugs are used due to certain disease factors, the estradiol level will increase.

5. Environmental pollution: Some of the farmed seafood and meat products we often eat contain mostly artificial feeds containing estrogen, which is commonly known as contraceptive drugs. The effect of hormones can shorten the maturation cycle of animals.

6. Traumatic factors : Conventional radiotherapy, viral infection, trauma, surgery, and vascular reactions after bleeding can all induce cavernous hemangioma.

In the treatment of pediatric hemangioma, the main methods are to promote qi and soothe the liver, activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis, soften and disperse nodules. However, in the specific treatment, the emphasis should be distinguished between qi stagnation and blood stasis. If the main problem is blood stasis, the following medicines should be used: antelope bone, buffalo horn, bezoar, red peony root for clearing away heat, cooling blood and relieving pain; bupleurum, yellow peel kernel, white bell needle, etc. for regulating qi and relieving depression; salvia miltiorrhiza and safflower for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis; stir-fried pangolin, soapberry thorn, and Sichuan pepper for softening and dispersing nodules and moving through the meridians. If the main problem is qi stagnation, use the following medicines: bupleurum, turmeric, phellodendron chinense, and white jade needle to promote qi and relieve depression; salvia miltiorrhiza, safflower, trillium, curcuma, and rhubarb to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis; stir-fried pangolin, soapberry thorn, and Sichuan pepper to soften and disperse nodules, unblock meridians and relieve pain. Combined with oral administration of "Bear Bile Pills" and "Danhuo Heat Therapy", the therapeutic effect will be better. The symptoms of abdominal masses are different from general symptoms of qi stagnation and blood stasis. They are often caused by long-term stagnation and cannot be cured by simple methods of promoting qi and activating blood circulation. Therefore, when selecting medicinal materials, while using qi-promoting and blood-activating drugs, fried pangolin, sapodilla thorn and Sichuan trotter are used. They can not only soften and disperse the masses, but also dredge the meridians and relieve pain, and have unique effects.
