1. First, find out the cause

Why does the child refuse to sleep? Is it a physical problem or a psychological problem? Sometimes it is a weather problem or an environmental problem. For example, the TV volume is too loud and adults always play with mobile phones in front of the child. These will affect the child's sleep. Another reason is that the child is sick, but it may have just started. It cannot be seen from the outside. You must observe carefully and solve the problem immediately if you find it.

2. Spend more time with your loved ones

The best love for children is companionship. Sometimes children cannot sleep because they are afraid, and they cry because of fear. Parents should not just play with their mobile phones and watch TV, leaving them to sleep alone in a big house. At least mom can sleep with me, which is good for me too.

3. Don’t eat dinner too late

Try to have dinner early and try not to eat too much after 9 o'clock in the evening. Children don't understand this, so this requires adults to control it. After eating early, go out for a walk. If you are really hungry, drink a glass of milk. Milk can also help you sleep.

4. Take your children outdoors more often

The air outside is very good and has great benefits for human health. Take your child outdoors often and let him walk around on his own. This is also very helpful for his physical development. Then, when he is tired from playing, he will definitely sleep soundly at night.

5. Develop good living habits and go to bed on time

Sleep is really important for people, and you must get enough sleep on time. Go to bed on time and never procrastinate. No matter how big the adult matter is, you must accompany your child to sleep well. Your child is everything to you. Don’t procrastinate because of your own affairs and let him not develop good sleeping habits. Of course I fell asleep.
