2. Can I help you?

3. Offer him a tissue

Most of the time, when my son picks his nose, he is not picking it for fun, but because he really has boogers. At this time, you must take the initiative to give him tissues, let him develop good hygiene habits, and tell him not to wipe his nose casually.

4. Let him know how to protect his nose

5. Agree on the time and frequency

If he picks his nose too frequently, you should agree with him on the time and frequency, such as only picking his nose once a day when washing every night.

If you really can't control the situation, you can only formulate punishment measures. For example, every time you see your baby picking his nose, you can't let him eat snacks for a day, or he can't watch TV for a day; you can also let him help with some small housework.
