Are the symptoms of enteritis in children obvious?

Children are more likely to develop enteritis because their immune systems are relatively weak and they are more susceptible to bacterial infections. Pediatric enteritis has obvious symptoms, including diarrhea, fever, vomiting, etc. Parents should pay more attention to their children's health.
