①Tonify the spleen meridian 300 times and rub Banmen 300 times. ②Pinch the spine 5 to 7 times. ③Press and rub the Zusanli point for 1 to 3 minutes.

(3) People who eat too much or eat unclean food often use the method of adding

①Clear the stomach meridian 300 times and clear the large intestine 300 times. ② Rub Banmen 100 times and move Nei Bagua 100 times. ③ Push down the seven vertebrae 100 times.
