Normal transaminase values in children

The normal value of transaminase should be 40 units per liter in the esophagus, which mainly includes many aspects. Its main function can be achieved by understanding the liver and various organs of the body to maintain normal metabolism. However, many people have found that high transaminase levels may cause harm to the human body, such as causing nausea, vomiting and other reactions. These are all things that need attention.

What is the normal value of transaminase?

The normal value of transaminase is ten to forty units per liter, including alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. The normal reference value of both is ten to forty units per liter.

Transaminase is the most important laboratory test item in liver function tests. Elevated transaminase indicates abnormal liver function. For example, in acute viral hepatitis, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase will increase significantly, and the increase in alanine aminotransferase is more obvious. In alcoholic liver disease and drug-induced hepatitis, these non-viral liver diseases, transaminase levels may be slightly elevated or normal, and alcoholic liver disease is mainly characterized by elevated aspartate aminotransferase.

If the transaminase level is found to be much higher than the normal value, more than twice as high, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital and receive regular treatment.

Normal value of alanine aminotransferase

The normal value of alanine transaminase is between 0 and 50 L per liter, which is our normal range. In fact, there is a lot of alanine aminotransferase in our liver tissue cells, followed by myocardial, kidney, and skeletal muscle cells.

If the normal value of alanine aminotransferase exceeds its normal range, the diseases we just mentioned may occur.

If the alanine aminotransferase level is elevated, it may be acute viral hepatitis or chronic hepatitis, as well as obstructive jaundice, cholelithiasis, liver cirrhosis, liver tumors, pancreatitis, peritonitis and other diseases of the liver and gallbladder.

Second, it is the myocardium. As for the heart, mainly when there is myocardial infarction, alanine aminotransferase will show a significant increase, and there may also be some renal insufficiency and some damage to our skeletal muscles.
