1. Angry Birds Corn Steamed Bread

Ingredients: 100 grams of corn flour, egg white (appropriate amount), 90 grams of wheat flour, 30 grams of glutinous rice flour, 10 grams of powdered sugar, appropriate amount of black sesame powder, and 10 grams of cocoa powder.

Method: Mix the corn flour, glutinous rice flour, all-purpose flour and powdered sugar in the main dough ingredients evenly, add 100 grams of water, stir evenly, and knead into a uniform dough. Divide 60 grams of flour for decorating the dough into three parts, add cocoa powder and black sesame powder respectively, knead and roll into small dough balls. 2. Corn burrito

Ingredients: half a corn, 40 grams of wheat flour, 3 eggs, appropriate amount of edamame, a little salad oil, a little salt, 50 grams of water, appropriate amount of white sugar.

Preparation: Take out the corn kernels and edamame kernels and set aside. Add flour to water and mix well first, then add eggs one by one and mix well. Add edamame and corn kernels, add appropriate amount of sugar or salt and mix well. Add a little oil to the pan, pour in the egg liquid and turn it over and continue frying until it solidifies. Serve and roll up or cut into pieces.
