How to cook salmon to make it nutritious for babies

1. Salmon Bibimbap

1. Apply salt on both sides of the salmon fillet and marinate for a while. Heat oil in a pan, put the fillet in and fry both sides until golden brown and cooked, then break it up with a fork.

2. Pour a little light soy sauce into the freshly steamed rice in the pot, add chopped salmon, some chopped seaweed, and some cooked sesame seeds (add some salt according to taste), and mix well! I cut the salmon meat into a puree, and then mash it with the back of a knife, add a small amount of starch, and stir it with a slow stream of water from the faucet until it becomes thick, then add some diced tomatoes, without the skin and seeds, put it in the pot and steam it for five or six minutes, then simmer for five minutes, and add a little sesame oil and soy sauce when the pot opens. No other ingredients are added. Next, chop the fish into a paste, add starch, add water and mix well. When it is a little thick, use a small spoon to make small balls, about the size of a thumb. Use a frying pan to add bone broth, add the balls when the water boils, then cook the noodles. When the noodles are ready, turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes, then you can eat it. Since the bone broth has a small amount of seasoning, you don't need to add any seasoning.

2. Steamed salmon with egg yolk

Ingredients: Mushroom, salmon, shrimp, egg yolk

Crush all the ingredients in a food processor, then put them in a small bowl and steam them. Add some walnut oil before eating. After steaming, you can give it to your baby.

3. Nutritional value of salmon
