Nowadays, not only adults are under great pressure and prone to insomnia, but even children may suffer from insomnia. When children suffer from insomnia, we should first help them relax and at the same time use diet therapy to relieve the symptoms.

First, don't be nervous, build confidence, and seek reasonable and effective methods to overcome insomnia. Insomnia is not a serious disease. It doesn't matter if you sleep less for a few hours a day or a few days. You can cooperate with diet therapy, Chinese medicine, Western medicine, acupuncture, physical therapy, qigong, etc.

Second, for secondary insomnia, the main treatment is to deal with the underlying disease or condition that causes insomnia. Generally speaking, insomnia will be cured without treatment after the cause of insomnia is resolved.

Third, the most important thing in the treatment of primary insomnia is to adjust sleeping habits and restore normal biological rhythms. Sleeping time varies from person to person, and shorter sleep time does not have much impact on the human body.
