Blisters on baby's feet

Blisters on baby's feet

If blisters appear on the baby's feet, you need to pay more attention to observation. Most of the time, it is related to some problems with their skin. If the condition worsens, it is best to take them for a detailed examination so that the real cause can be determined. During the treatment, you must also pay attention to their skin cleanliness and hygiene. You can apply some body lotion on them to avoid dry skin.

1. Diet

Avoid foods such as cola drinks, cereals, processed foods, sugar, etc. You should eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, baked fish and baked chicken (without the skin). Do not eat fried or greasy food.

2. Foot hygiene

Cut raw garlic into small pieces and put them in your shoes and wear them for a few days. The garlic will be absorbed into the skin. Wear cotton, moisture-wicking socks. Allow your shoes to air out and change your socks daily.

3. Foot care

Limb Qi may cause symptoms such as skin cracking, pus discharge and intermittent burning sensation. At this time, do not cover your feet with anything and give your feet sufficient rest. While this inflammation itself is not dangerous, it can worsen and lead to a bacterial infection if left untreated.

4. Soak in salt water solution

Prepare a saline solution with 2 teaspoons of salt for every 47 ml of warm water. Soak your feet in this mixture for 5-10 minutes at a time. Repeat until the condition improves. The saline solution helps provide an environment that is not suitable for mold growth and reduces excessive sweating.

5. Apply medicine on the affected area

After soaking with salt water, apply the purchased ointment gently to the part covered by the infection and gently apply the medicine to the affected area 2-3 times a day.

1. Be sure to take the medication regularly. Tinea pedis is a chronic infection in which fungi grow and multiply in the stratum corneum. It takes long-term medication to kill it. Do not automatically stop taking the medication during treatment. Usually, you should continue taking the medication for a few weeks after you feel better. It is best to do a fungal test and culture, and it is considered cured only if the results are negative for three consecutive weeks.

2. Don’t use medicines indiscriminately. The most important thing about treating athlete's foot is to carry out consistent and regular treatment according to the type of treatment. Some people use corticosteroid ointments such as Fuqingsong to treat tinea pedis, but the disease only spreads more. Some people crush aspirin tablets and sprinkle them on eroded toes, resulting in an ulcer that causes long-term pain and does not heal. Many people have a misunderstanding that it is wrong to use Pi Yan Ping ointment when red and itchy patches form on the skin. Pi Yan Ping ointment contains a large amount of hormone ingredients, which happen to be nutrients for fungi. Therefore, if you apply Pi Yan Ping when it is definitely ringworm, it will only make the condition worse.

3. Medication should be based on the specific conditions of the lesion. Tinctures should not be used on broken areas, and ointments should be used on thickened skin and cracks. If the broken one leaks water, you should go to the hospital and the doctor will give you appropriate treatment according to the specific situation.

4. When tinea pedis becomes secondary infected, acute inflammation occurs locally. It cannot be treated according to general tinea pedis treatment, and the secondary infection should be dealt with first. If there is redness and swelling, you can apply boric acid water or cypermethrin liquid for local cold or warm compresses to reduce inflammation and swelling. If necessary, antibiotics should be given systemically and you should rest properly as instructed by the doctor.

daily

1. Wear ventilated and breathable cotton socks and change and wash them every day;

2. Avoid wearing rubber shoes or non-breathable sneakers. It is best to have two pairs of shoes to change. Sandals are the best choice;

3. Do not share shoes, slippers and socks with others;

4. Try not to scratch the soles of your feet or between your toes if they itch, to prevent infection to your fingers;

5. While using medication, the patient's shoes and socks must be disinfected. You can expose them to sunlight or wash them in boiling water. It is best to dip a cloth in 10% formalin solution and stuff it into the shoes. Then put them in a plastic bag and seal them for 48 hours to achieve the purpose of sterilization.
