How to do health exercises for babies

First Chest Exercise

2. Spread your arms to the left and right, with your baby's palms facing up.

Section 2 Upper limb shoulder and chest exercises

Preparatory posture: The baby lies on his back, the operator holds the baby's wrists with both hands, puts the thumbs in the baby's palms, makes the baby make a fist, and places both arms on the baby's side.

1. Spread your arms to the left and right with your palms facing up.

2. Raise your arms horizontally in front of your body with your fists facing each other.

3. Cross your arms in front of your chest.

4. Restore.

Section 3 Upper limb flexion and extension exercises

Preparatory posture: The baby lies on his back, the operator holds the baby's wrists with both hands, puts the thumbs in the baby's palms, makes the baby make a fist, and places both arms on the baby's side.

action:

1. Bend the baby's left elbow and then return to the original position.

2. Bend the baby's right arm at the elbow and then return to the original position. 3. Switch again.

Note: When the elbow is bent, the hand should touch the baby's shoulder. When the baby bends his arms, the operator should use a little force, and when straightening them, do not use too much force.

Section 4 Shoulder Exercises

Preparatory posture: The baby lies on his back, the operator holds the baby's wrists with both hands, puts the thumbs in the baby's palms, makes the baby make a fist, and places both arms on the baby's side.

action:

1. Pull the baby's left arm toward the baby's chest.

2.Wrap your left arm around the baby's chest and outward.

3. Pull the baby's right arm toward the baby's chest.

4.Wrap your left arm around the baby's chest and outward. Alternate between left and right arms.

Note: When the baby's arm rotates, the shoulder joint should be the axis. When rotating, the operator should not use too much force with his hands.
