If you have cold symptoms, whether it is winter or summer, cut more than 10 slices of ginger and add a handful of orange peel (dry or fresh), boil a few bowls of water, add appropriate amount of sugar before drinking, white sugar in spring and summer, brown sugar in autumn and winter. Drink a few large cups of hot water every day, and your whole body will feel relaxed. It can cure colds. 3. Chrysanthemum and rock sugar can make you sweat. In winter, some people often catch colds due to external wind and cold. As the saying goes, sweating will make you better. I got a recipe by chance. The method is as follows: soak more than 10 chrysanthemums in warm water, remove the hard stems and cut into inch-long sections, put two cups of cold water in the pot, boil, put in the chrysanthemums, add some rock sugar and cook for a while, take the chrysanthemums with the soup while it is hot, cover yourself with a blanket and go to sleep, and you will sweat in a while.

4. Heat the ears to treat cold and stuffy nose. The specific method is: before going to bed, use a hot towel to heat the ears for ten minutes, which can relieve or clear the stuffy nose.

5. Vinegar can cure colds and runny noses. I suffer from allergic rhinitis. Every spring and autumn, I am prone to colds and flu. There is a very effective way. The method is to dip a cotton swab in vinegar (preferably white vinegar) when you just have a cold and runny nose, and then wipe the cotton swab into the nostrils. It is best to wipe all parts of the nostrils.

6. Hot towel compress for nasal congestion and runny nose. In winter, people are prone to colds. Nasal congestion and runny nose often cause headaches and make it difficult to fall asleep. At this time, press the entire nose with a hot towel to make the nostrils inhale hot steam, which will give the nose a hot compress effect, and then the nasal mucosa will shrink. Runny nose stops nasal ventilation. This method of hot compress is applied 4 to 5 times, each time for about 5 minutes.
