What are the harms of excessive exercise to children's health?

In life, many children have the characteristics of being active, but they start to restrain themselves after entering kindergarten, and their behaviors and movements will be improved. Parents let their children participate in a lot of training or sports to prevent excessive exercise. Children also often show symptoms of fatigue. In fact, excessive exercise is harmful to children's bodies. Children are not suitable for a lot of exercise, otherwise it will affect their future development. So what are the harms of excessive exercise to children's bodies?

First, you feel more tired. People's busy work all day is the main cause of fatigue. However, when exercising after work does not change this fatigue state or feels more tired, it is time to re-evaluate and design your exercise plan. Because this may indicate that you are already in a state of over-exercise, and your body is more craving for a period of rest.

Second, reduced sleep or insomnia. If you have problems with sleeping, such as feeling drowsy and lacking energy all day, or dragging your tired body after a busy day but not feeling sleepy at all, you should pay attention to whether your body is in a state of over-exercise.

Third, endocrine abnormalities occur. Endocrine disruption is a major side effect of excessive exercise. If you have been sick frequently recently or if your female friends have irregular menstruation, please review your exercise records to see if you have been exercising excessively. Because healthy exercise can increase the body's immunity, while excessive exercise can damage the body's immunity and cause excessive fatigue, leading to physical illness.

Fourth, there is a strong sense of frustration. We all know that exercise can help people release stress, make you feel better and more refreshed, and feel full of positive energy for the day. However, over-exercising can make you upset or moody, or even completely unmotivated to do anything.

Fifth, the body needs more time to recover after exercise. If people do not rest adequately after intense exercise, it is likely that the body will need more time to recover after the next workout. In other words, if you don't restore your body to a healthy state, all the previous exercise efforts will be in vain and will not benefit your health at all.

There are four main harms to children's health caused by excessive exercise. Children's physical energy is very limited. Although children often jump or run, compared with normal exercise, the energy consumed will be much less, and they will not feel particularly tired. Normal exercise will control many of the child's behaviors and will put pressure on their minds. These multi-faceted influences will increase the harm to the child. This is something parents must avoid. Do not let children participate in excessive exercise too early.
