What to eat for children with asthma

1. Honey ginger juice

2. Pumpkin Honey

Take 1 pumpkin, 50 ml of honey and 30 grams of rock sugar. First, make an opening on the top of the melon, scoop out some of the pulp, add honey and rock sugar, cover it, and steam it on a plate for 1 hour. Suitable for cold asthma.

3. Fresh reed root porridge

Take 150 grams of fresh reed root, 10 grams of bamboo shavings, 50 grams of polished rice, and 15 grams of rock sugar. Chop the fresh reed root and wash it, add water and cook it with bamboo shavings for 20 minutes, remove the residue and keep the juice, add rice to cook porridge, after the porridge is done, add rock sugar and eat. Suitable for febrile asthma.

What should children with asthma not eat?

1. Milk and dairy products

We should not use milk to treat children's allergic asthma. Therefore, for infants and young children who need to be fed with milk, breastfeeding should be actively advocated to reduce the chance of allergic asthma caused by milk during the feeding process.

2. Seafood and aquatic products

The allergens of these foods are usually heat-resistant, and their cooked foods often induce allergic asthma. In particular, eating stale seafood can significantly increase the incidence of allergic asthma. Therefore, try to avoid eating it. Which seafood should not be consumed by patients with allergic asthma?

3. Some fruits

A few fruits may induce allergic asthma, such as peaches, apples, bananas, strawberries, cherries, coconuts, etc. Although these are only individual cases, we should still be vigilant.
