What to do if a child has rotten feet?

It is not uncommon for children in some families to suffer from rotten feet. We can interpret it literally as the child's feet rot, producing an unpleasant odor. It will also cause pain and itching in the child's feet, causing pain to the child's daily life and study. Children are active and active every day, their feet sweat a lot, and they are very likely to get foot rot. What should we do if children have foot rot?

The cause of foot rot is due to the invasion of the toes by epidermal fungi, trichophyton or trichophyton pedis. Trichophyton rubrum has strong resistance, is difficult to control, and is associated with the Wei Qi and body fluids. It gathers and does not disperse, causing the skin to become dry and moist. Sore feet are caused by thick stratum corneum, lack of sebum, abundant sweat glands, excessive sweating and moist feet, which are conducive to the growth and reproduction of fungi. It is also easy to infect each other when using public baths, public slippers, foot basins and towels.

There are generally two types. Blister type: In the acute stage, the skin may develop acute reddening exudative blister lesions, which are mostly scattered. If there is erosion, secondary bacterial infection may often occur. When the blisters are small and not ruptured, you can apply Yikanyao or clotrimazole anti-tinea lotion or soak in 10% glacial acetic acid solution for 20 minutes, 2 to 3 times a day. If the blister is large, you can puncture it to release the blister fluid, and then apply compound leisuxin ointment or add moisture-relieving powder.

Athlete's foot infection: Because tinea pedis is extremely itchy, scratching may lead to bacterial infection and cause pustules, erysipelas or lymphangitis. At this time, antibiotics such as penicillin and gentamicin should be used for intramuscular or intravenous injection, and the feet should be soaked in 0.5% potassium permanganate solution and then applied with erythromycin ointment for treatment. After the inflammation subsides, external use of clotrimazole and tinea tinea syrup or Yikan tinea syrup can be used for treatment.

But children's foot rot is a very easy thing to treat. I believe everyone has a certain understanding of this, and everyone must take measures for children in normal times. Pay more attention to this aspect, change socks frequently and take some simple measures, and I believe things will get better soon. At the same time, children should be taught correctly so that they can develop good habits and grow up healthily.
