How to prevent children from hunching over?

According to surveys, many children develop hunchback symptoms prematurely because they carry overweight schoolbags every day and fail to maintain a correct sitting posture when studying. A child's hunchback not only affects his normal physical development, but also causes him some disease troubles. For example, hunchback often causes symptoms such as palpitations and chest discomfort. So how can we prevent children from having hunchback?

1. Pay attention to correct body posture. Whether you are standing or walking, keep your chest straight and your shoulders naturally stretched back. Sit with your spine straight. Don't lower your head too much when reading or writing, and don't lie on the table. There is some truth to what people say about “standing like a pine tree and sitting like a bell”.

2. It is best for growing teenagers to sleep on a hard bed without using pillows that are too high so that the spine can remain straight while sleeping.

3. Strengthen physical exercise. Take physical education classes seriously, do exercises during breaks, and promote the development of muscle strength.

4. Do corrective gymnastics on the basis of comprehensive exercise. Back muscle exercises, especially back extension exercises, can help slow down the progression of hunchback.

5. Every morning and evening, lie on the bed with your shoulders on the edge, lying on your back with your head hanging in the air, and use your hands to touch the ground behind you (pay attention to safety). You can also do this during the day when you are resting.

As long as the above methods are mastered correctly, I believe it will be possible to prevent children from having hunchbacks. Therefore, as parents, we should pay more attention to our children. If we see that our children’s sitting posture is incorrect, we should correct it in time. In addition, let the children do more outdoor sports and eat a healthy diet. I believe that children can stay away from hunchbacks and have an upright posture.
