Causes of poor brain development in girls

From the birth to the growth of a child, it is a problem that parents are very concerned about, especially the child's intelligence. When a child's brain is underdeveloped, the whole person will become very strange. This is caused by the child's intellectual disability. Many girls have the highest probability of brain maldevelopment, so parents are more worried about their children's development. When a child's brain is underdeveloped, many parents will have precursor reasons. So what is the reason for the poor development of the brain in girls?

What are the possible causes of mental retardation? After extensive research, medical experts now know that there are roughly the following reasons:

1. Genetic factors: Chromosomal abnormalities such as congenital idiocy account for 5-10% of mentally retarded children. Genetic mutations such as inborn errors of metabolism fall into this category.

2. Prenatal damage includes intrauterine infection, hypoxia, physical and chemical factors such as harmful poisons, drugs, radiation, mercury, lead, smoking, drinking, drug abuse, severe malnutrition of pregnant women or illness of pregnant women.

3. Birth trauma, asphyxia, intracranial hemorrhage, premature babies, hypoglycemia, kernicterus, and sepsis during delivery.

4. Diseases after birth include meningitis, encephalitis, cranial trauma, cerebrovascular accident, toxic encephalopathy, endocrine disorders such as hypothyroidism, epilepsy, etc.

To reduce the occurrence of mentally retarded children, we must do a good job of prevention, strengthen publicity and education, avoid consanguineous marriage, and mobilize sterilization as much as possible for serious genetic diseases.

Avoid early marriage and childbearing by women over 40 years old, as this can easily lead to chromosomal abnormalities and congenital idiocy.

Carry out prenatal health care examinations, improve the technology of dealing with difficult labor, reduce birth injuries, screen newborns for genetic metabolic diseases in areas with conditions, detect patients early, treat them early, and reduce the occurrence of mentally retarded children.

Children who are born prematurely, have a history of asphyxia at birth, or have pathological jaundice after birth should be closely monitored. He said that if parents find that children under 3 months old are easily frightened, cry incessantly, have difficulty sleeping, have weak feeding, difficulty swallowing and chewing, and have reduced independent activities; if children still cannot hold their heads upright at 4 to 5 months old, their eyes cannot follow objects, and they do not reach out to take objects; if children still cannot sit alone at 6 to 8 months old, etc., parents should take their children to see a doctor in time.

These are the various reasons why girls have poor development. Adjustments should be made based on these reasons to make the child's body better. If the child's body shows signs of poor brain development, we must also prevent the child from becoming a mentally retarded child. If it is not discovered in time, the loss to the child will be great. If the child has poor development, we must supplement the child with more food nutrition and give the child more brain-enhancing foods to improve the child's intelligence as soon as possible.
