(1) Height is related to the early or late stage of sexual maturity

The sooner or later of mature age will affect the rapid growth of height. The growth of height depends on the continuous growth of the epiphysis, and the growth of the epiphysis is controlled by the endocrine glands. The endocrine hormones that control height mainly include growth hormone, luteinizing hormone and sex hormones secreted by the pituitary gland, among which growth hormone has the most significant effect. The secretion of growth hormone has its obvious regularity, that is, it is secreted less during the day and more at night when sleeping.
