What to do if children have hoarseness (I)

In order to prevent children from having hoarse voices, teachers and parents should remind children not to overuse their voices when reading and singing, avoid shouting, talk too much, and avoid drinking cold drinks after talking for a long time to avoid acute laryngitis.

In addition, you should eat a light diet, seek timely treatment for colds and flu, and pay attention to indoor and environmental hygiene. Whenever you feel your throat is dry after using it, you should drink more warm water. Children who have developed hoarseness should keep silent for a week or speak as little as possible. At the same time, they should take throat lozenges orally to eliminate throat inflammation. If conditions permit, nebulizer inhalation therapy can be used.

Nowadays, many children tend to be naughty and shout constantly, which will affect the ligaments of their throats. Problems with tonsils and dry throat may cause hoarseness in 6-year-old children. What should we do? We can let children drink more water to replenish water and not eat too much ice cream.
