What to do about children's allergic asthma diet

What should children do about their allergic asthma diet? Once a child develops asthma, he or she should go to the hospital immediately. Allergic asthma is a symptom of respiratory allergy. The occurrence of allergic rhinitis leads to allergic asthma. The two occur at the same time. Most of the time, it occurs in children and is caused by inflammation and allergic constitution. This is an asthma syndrome in children.

1. There are often precursor symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose (allergic rhinitis), itchy throat, and cough (allergic cough).

2. There may be irritating cough and white foamy sputum.

3. Repeated episodes of dyspnea accompanied by wheezing, which is more severe at night.

4. During an attack, widespread wheezing can be heard in both lungs, moist rales can be heard in some parts, and percussion is too clear.

5. Severe breathing difficulties during an asthma attack, which are not relieved by the reasonable use of sympathomimetic drugs and theophylline drugs, are called status asthmaticus. Marked hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention may occur. Sweating, cyanosis, pale complexion, and even unconsciousness may be seen. Status asthmaticus has a high mortality rate.

6. Patients in the late stage may suffer from emphysema and lung dysfunction.

Initial symptoms

In the early stages, symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, coughing, and chest tightness may occur. Because the early symptoms of this disease are very similar to those of a cold, many people often ignore it, which leads to worsening of the condition. Therefore, if there is no improvement, you should pay more attention.

Mid-term symptoms

Wheezing or difficulty breathing: Dysbreathing is the main symptom of asthma. Even in a quiet state, the patient will feel that he or she is short of breath, breathing one breath after another, and experiencing difficulty breathing continuously.

Late symptoms

People may also have wheezing (high-pitched breath sounds when they breathe, which are the sounds of air flowing from the lungs through the airways that have become narrowed due to inflammation).

What should we do about the diet of children with allergic asthma? When seeing children with allergic asthma, some people may not be able to tell whether it is asthma. Some patients’ conditions are serious and they may suffer from incontinence, which seriously affects their lives and is very troublesome. If the attack continues, there will also be headaches, mental weakness, dizziness, etc. If a child is found to have allergic asthma, he or she should be treated promptly.
