Method: 1. Add sugar to the egg liquid and stir until the sugar melts.

4. Put oil-absorbing paper on the baking tray, roll small balls (slightly larger than soybeans) and place them on the baking tray.

5. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, upper and lower heat, for 8-15 minutes. (The time depends on the size of the buns. I usually bake them to the color shown in my photo. I tasted it when it was lighter in color, and it seemed that it was still a little soft inside and not cooked through. But I don’t know if it will become harder and crispy when it cools down).
