Long press Zhongwan acupoint:

Long press Zusanli acupoint:

There is a groove on the outside of the tibia about four horizontal fingers (about 3 inches) below the knee. This is the Qiangqiang point. Press it with greater force and the numbness and soreness of the meridians can be felt on the instep. Massaging this point can cure all gastrointestinal diseases, including indigestion, bloating and stomach pain.

Zhongwan point and Juque point are located on the chest (the depression in the center front of the chest), on the line connecting the chest and the navel. When exhaling, gently and slowly massage and stimulate the acupoints to promote gastrointestinal function and improve stomach pain symptoms. However, it is not advisable to stimulate after a meal.
